What are your long-term career goals in this field?
My long-term goal in this field is to continue growing my skills and taking on more responsibilities over time. I’d like to become a subject matter expert in production operations, gaining in-depth knowledge of different machinery, quality control processes, and efficiency improvement techniques.
In the future, I see myself progressing to a leadership role, such as a team leader or supervisor, where I can mentor new team members, contribute to process improvements, and help drive productivity and safety standards on the production floor.
I’m also interested in learning more about Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to further enhance operational efficiency. Ultimately, I aim to grow alongside the company, contribute to its success, and build a long-lasting career in the manufacturing industry.
