								To schedule a recurring meeting in the Outlook calendar :
* Open Outlook and navigate to the Calendar.
* Click on “New Meeting” in the Home tab.
* Enter the meeting details such as title, attendees, and location.
* Click on the “Recurrence” button.
* Set the recurrence pattern and range of recurrence.
* Click “OK” to save the settings.
* Click “Send” to schedule the meeting.
