What strategies do you use to keep your team motivated and productive?
* I find that one of the best ways to keep my team motivated is by giving frequent updates on our progress.
* I like to hold weekly meetings where we discuss what everyone has been working on.
* This helps me learn more about each person’s role so I can give constructive feedback when necessary. It also gives my team members an opportunity to ask questions or voice concerns.
