What are some of the construction projects you�ve overseen in the past?

In my last role as a construction foreman, I oversaw a large renovation project at an elementary school. We were tasked with replacing all of the windows, repairing the roof and repainting the exterior of the building. It was quite a big job, but we managed to get it done within our budget and on time. Another project I led was a small remodel for a local restaurant. We installed new flooring, painted the walls and replaced some appliances. The owner was very happy with the results.
