Are you comfortable working in a leadership role?
I have been working as a construction foreman for five years now. I started out as a construction worker, but my boss saw my potential and promoted me. Since then, I’ve learned what it takes to be a good leader. I am always encouraging my team members and making sure they know I’m here to support them. When someone has questions or needs help, I do everything I can to assist them.
