What would you do if you noticed one of your team members was not wearing the proper safety equipment while working?
I have always been a strong proponent of safety. I believe it’s important for all construction workers to wear their hard hats, steel-toed boots and other necessary safety equipment at all times. If I noticed one of my team members wasn’t wearing these things, I would first approach them privately to discuss why they should be wearing them. If they still didn’t comply after our discussion, I would report them to my supervisor so we could address the issue.
