How well do you communicate verbally and in writing?
I have always been someone who is good at communicating verbally. I find it easy to speak in front of large groups and give presentations. In my last role as a foreman, I had to give weekly updates on our progress. I found that I was comfortable speaking in front of the entire crew about what we accomplished during the week and what we were planning for the upcoming week.
In addition to verbal communication, I am also very skilled at writing. Throughout my career, I have written many reports detailing our progress and any issues we encountered. These reports helped me get feedback from my superiors and gave my team members an idea of what they needed to improve.
