Padma Shri recipient "Tarun Majumdar" breathed his last on Monday(4th July 2022) morning in Kolkata due to health-related issues. Reportedly, the veteran Bengali filmmaker was undergoing treatment at a Kolkata hospital due to health complications for the past few days. He passed away on Monday morning at the age of 92. He is survived by his wife, veteran actress Sandhya Roy.
