C)
The North Pole
D)
The Equator

Correct Answer : Option (B) - The center of the Earth

The weight of an object is minimum when it is placed at the center of the earth because when an object is in the center, it experiences gravitational pull from all directions.

A)
Enloroxylenol
B)
Biothional
C)

D)
Iodine

Correct Answer : Option (A) - Enloroxylenol

The active ingredient in Dettol that confers its antiseptic property is chloroxylenol (C₈H³ClO), an aromatic chemical compound. Chloroxylenol comprises 4.8% of Dettol’s total mixture, with the rest composed of pine oil, isopropanol, castor oil soap, caramel and water.

A)
Soil
B)

C)
Fossils
D)
Rocks

Correct Answer : Option (C) - Fossils

Radiocarbon dating (usually referred to simply as carbon-14 dating) is a radiometric dating method. It uses the naturally occurring radioisotope carbon-14 (¹â´C) to estimate the age of carbon-bearing materials up to about 58,000 to 62,000 years old.

The accuracy of this proposal was proven by dating a piece of wood from an Ancient Egyptian barge, the age of which was already known. From that point on, scientists have used these techniques to examine fossils, rocks, and ocean currents; as well as to determine age and event timing. Throughout the years, measurement tools have become more technologically advanced, allowing researchers to be more precise. We now use what is known as the Cambridge half-life of 5730+/- 40 years for Carbon-14. Although it may be seen as outdated, many labs still use Libby's half-life in order to stay consistent in publications and calculations within the laboratory. From the discovery of Carbon-14 to radiocarbon dating of fossils, we can see what an essential role Carbon has played and continues to play in our lives today.

A)
Sodium
B)
Magnesium
C)
Calcium
D)
Potassium

Correct Answer : Option (B) - Magnesium

In the US, 63% of magnesium production came from seawater. The Metal is extracted from seawater and brines by means of electrolysis, a process that requires the passing of a current through a molten salt. This extracts the metal from the salt, but requires a high temperature to melt the salt.

A)
Venus
B)
Saturn
C)
Earth
D)
Uranus

Correct Answer : Option (A) - Venus

Venus is the only planet that rotates in clockwise where all other planets in the solar system rotates in anti - clockwise direction.

A)
Seismography
B)
Coronagraphy
C)
Helioseismology
D)
Heliography

Correct Answer : Option (C) - Helioseismology

Helioseismology is the study of the solar interior using observations of waves on the Sun's surface. Helioseismology, a term coined by Douglas Gough, is the study of the structure and dynamics of the Sun through its oscillations. These are principally caused by sound waves that are continuously driven and damped by convection near the Sun's surface. It is similar to geoseismology, or asteroseismology (also coined by Gough), which are respectively the studies of the Earth or stars through their oscillations. While the Sun's oscillations were first detected in the early 1960s, it was only in the mid-1970s that it was realized that the oscillations propagated throughout the Sun and could allow scientists to study the Sun's deep interior.

The modern field is separated into global helioseismology, which studies the Sun's resonant modes directly, and local helioseismology, which studies the propagation of the component waves near the Sun's surface.

A)
Virus

D)
Poor Hygiene

Correct Answer : Option (D) - Poor Hygiene

The Biggest cause of Foodborne Illness is Poor Personal Hygiene.

Foodborne Illness is caused by consuming contaminated foods or beverages. Many different disease-causing microbes or pathogens can contaminate foods, so there are many different types of foodborne illnesses.
