Google Getting Ready To Launch Gemini AI Software
Google is almost ready to release its new artificial intelligence (AI) software called Gemini. Some select companies have been given a sneak peek of Gemini, according to a report from The Information.

What is Gemini?

Gemini is Google's answer to a powerful AI called GPT-4 made by OpenAI. Google has been investing heavily in AI like this to keep up with the technology world after OpenAI's ChatGPT became a big hit last year.

What Can Gemini Do?

Gemini is a clever tool that uses large language models to help with lots of things. It can power chatbots (like talking robots), summarize text (make it shorter but keep the main points), or create new text based on what users want. It can even help computer programmers write code and make images based on what people ask for.

Who Can Use Gemini?

Google is letting software developers try out Gemini, but not the biggest version yet. They plan to make it available to companies through their Google Cloud Vertex AI service.
Google hasn't given all the details yet, but they're definitely focusing on Gemini and AI. They recently added AI features to their Search tool for people in India and Japan. They also made AI tools available to businesses at a monthly cost of $30 per user.
