SAP Sales and Distribution / Functional Analyst Expert Position Requirements :

This position is in the Supply Chain IT Organization, which creates competitive advantage for the businesses by reengineering and integrating end-to-end order management and supply chain systems by implementing industry best IT solutions.

Candidate should be with a minimum of 10 years of working experienced resource who has functional knowledge of SAP SD. He / She should be specialized in design and configuration of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module Experience with SAP SD user exits for sales order, delivery, billing etc. Able to work independently. Along with SD knowledge. He / She should be able to write functional specifications. Prefer to have a SD consultant who can understand the technical/ABAP area (ABAP coding knowledge).

You will have the following responsibilities :

* Lead and participate in program/projects and contribute to the design, development and implementation of IT solutions related to Sales and Distribution (Order to Invoice).
* Lead and collaborate across businesses and IT to ensure that technical design meets the business requirements and IT strategy on Finance processes and standards.
* You will be required to analyse the business requirements and configure to meet the overall design.
* Work with Supply Chain IT architects to ensure that functional design meets the overall architecture for the solution.
* Lead and participate in project architecture reviews to ensure the design meets the overall program/project requirements.
* Lead and participate on Global initiatives to develop Order Management processes, standards and ensure effective adoption of the standards the platforms.
* Lead and actively participate in Supply Chain team activities including information validation and facilitation of team decision making process

Education and Experience Required :

 Typically, a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of related experience or a Master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of IT experience.

Knowledge and Skills Required :

Extensive knowledge and experience in the SAP S/4 HANA configuration components.
Good knowledge in MM process overview.
Proven knowledge of ABAP programming with 1-3 years programming experience, Workflow.
Proven expertise in the ALE/idoc interface.
Good knowledge of project management methodologies.
Fluent in English, written and oral.
Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
Excellent in analysing business requirements and translating into IT design.
Experience in development life cycle (including business process analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, training, documentation),

Education and Experience Required :

* Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience on eCommerce Space

Knowledge and Skills :

* Keen analytical ability, particularly for conceptualizing and abstracting insights into observed human behaviour

* In-depth knowledge of the principles of interaction design, usability, user research, data analysis, and conducting case studies other user experience issues such as writing for the web and SEO

* Experience in Responsive and Adaptive web development techniques is a must

* 10 plus years of experience working with major ecommerce and related technology vendors especially Adobe Magento & HCL WebSphere
