LimeChat, an enterprise chat solutions provider, has joined hands with Microsoft to introduce a cutting-edge AI-powered chatbot, revolutionising the landscape of e-commerce customer support. Leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, LimeChat's technology promises an elevated, efficient, and secure customer service experience.

Fueled by Microsoft Azure's retrieval algorithms, embedding models, and large language models (LLMs), this dynamic learning system refines engagement with each customer interaction.

As per the adopters, including Wow Skin Science, automation rates surged by nearly 15%, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores witnessed improvements. Notably, the chatbot's accuracy boasts error rates below 0.1%.

LimeChat's Agent Assist feature further enhances support agents' capabilities with deeper AI-driven insights, enabling them to tackle complex queries 20% faster. Founder Nikhil Gupta remarked, "Partnering with Microsoft elevates customer support standards, transforming interactions significantly."

A report by DataHorizzon Research said that the chatbot market, was valued at $4.6 billion in 2022 and was anticipated to achieve $32.4 billion by 2032, with a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 21.6%.
