The WSUS server log files are located in the %ProgramFiles%\Update Services\LogFiles folder.
* Change.log : Provides information about the WSUS server database information that has changed. (Location : WSUS Server)
* SoftwareDistribution.log : Provides information about the software updates that are synchronized from the configured update source to the WSUS server database. (Location : WSUS Server)
