First, create a certificate profile using QC01 T code & then assign it to the material using T code QC15.
After this, you can check certificate analysis creation by using the following transaction codes.
A. T code QC20 – From delivery
B. T code QC21 – From Inspection lot
C. T code QC22 – From Batch.
